Trifecta Blend

This blend changes with the seasons to consistently represent the best straight shot blend we are capable of producing.

Currently, we are blending a dry processed Ethiopia with a 100% Typica lot from Colombia. The resulting shot is low acid, distinctly sweet and very fruity; In our cafe, we've actually had a few customers question the extreme fruitiness in this blend, but they've since come to love it. Blueberry dominates the aroma, along with honey and milk chocolate.

This is a powerful, fruit saturated blend best served as a double espresso or in a drink with less than four ounces of milk.
